​In October 2010 we travelled to France to visit friends living in France.  We stopped at the end of the first day in St. Paul de Vence, an artists village.  We stayed at La Colombe d'Or, famous for it's relationship with 20th Century artists.



In the 1950's Picasso, Miro, Calder and others stayed at

La Colombe d'Or.  In order for them to pay the bill they left a piece

or two of their art behind. The hotel has an excellent collection of Modern Art for all of the hotel guests to enjoy.
